Once every month, all employees gather at the assembly point to celebrate birthdays falling in that month. The names of the birthday employees are called out, everyone joins in wishing them, and they are given chocolates as a token of appreciation. These simple celebrations bring smiles and strengthen our sense of togetherness.
100% Attendance Recognition
During the same monthly gathering, employees who have achieved 100% attendance are publicly recognized. Their names are announced, and they are rewarded with biscuits, acknowledging their discipline, sincerity, and commitment towards work.
5S Internal Audit – Zone Recognition
To promote workplace excellence, CCIPL actively practices 5S. The winning zone of the internal 5S audit is recognized every month with a trophy and monetary reward. The winning team celebrates this achievement within their zone by sharing samosas or snacks, reinforcing teamwork and collective pride.
Annual Medical Health Check-Up
At Corru Cartons, employee health and well-being are treated as a top priority. As part of our commitment to creating a safe, healthy, and productive workplace, an Annual Medical Health Check-Up is conducted for all employees every year.
The health check-up includes basic and essential medical examinations such as general physical assessment, blood pressure monitoring, blood sugar testing, BMI evaluation, vision check, and other routine investigations as advised by medical professionals. These check-ups help in early detection of health issues and encourage employees to take timely preventive and corrective measures.
Qualified medical professionals conduct the examinations, and individual health reports are shared confidentially with employees. Necessary medical guidance and lifestyle recommendations are also provided wherever required.

Annual Picnic
Our Annual Picnic is organized on 26th January at Shirgaon Beach, bringing everyone together for a day of sports, fun, and food. Employees participate in engaging beach games and recreational activities that promote teamwork and relaxation.
The picnic offers delicious food and refreshments, along with a refreshing seaside atmosphere. This event celebrates togetherness and Republic Day, creating an enjoyable break from routine and strengthening team bonding.
